Manual therapy is customized to provide the best outcome for each client. Each appointment may include ART (active release technique), Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, TMJD, Massage Cupping, Sports and Therapeutic Stretching (PNF, MET)
Same as the 60 minute custom. Highly recommended for athletes. This may also include MET/PNF stretching at the end to enhance the benefits of the manual therapy.
